The apartment complex in this transitioning area of downtown Cleveland needed additional parking. They leased a lot from a neighboring industrial location which required several capital improvements, a new lighting system among them. Working with Enlighten for design and supply services, the client was able to achieve a very secure feeling parking area for its tenants. Enlighten’s AutoCAD photometric analysis gave the client confidence the proper solution was being put forth, and the parking lot would feel secure for its tenants.
