The first step of this project was to provide an illumination design to ensure excellent lot lighting for displaying sales vehicles. With this design, we were then able to confidently reduce fixture count to significantly bring down capital cost for the client. Next, Enlighten recommended an advanced occupancy-based control system that optimized the night-time customer experience, increased energy savings, provided remote-management capability, and maximized the utility rebate. Designing new façade lighting further added to the architectural and retail appeal of the site.
