Finding options more economical than those specified by the designer while still achieving the architectural vision was key to this project. Thanks to a line card of over 50 manufacturers Enlighten was able to present several options all saving over 50% in material cost while matching or exceeding the design aesthetic. Total material savings surpassed $200,000. In addition, Enlighten identified and resolved a critical gap in emergency lighting as well as implemented a stairwell occupancy control system.
